Massive commercial project in the Hartsack area of Pennsylvania has become the largest in the world.
Hardscape has built the pool, which is expected to house about 5,000 people, to house the company’s new $15 million $50 million $100 million project in Philadelphia.
The project is expected start in late 2018.
The company is located about a half-mile from Philadelphia International Airport, where it will launch the pool.
Hartsack officials have said the project will create more than 50 jobs and create an economic impact of $1.4 billion.
The pool project is the largest commercial project to be undertaken in the United States by Hardsack.
The company has built more than 100 residential pool complexes in the country, including the largest, the $100 billion $150 million project at the Port of Long Beach, California.
Handscape also has a project underway in the Philadelphia suburbs, where a $12 million, five-story commercial project will include an indoor pool and an outdoor swimming pool.
The two projects are scheduled to be completed in 2019.
